It will take effect after two years. The production company will have an additional 16 months for compulsory changes (that is, a total of 40 months from the formal approval).

This regulation not only covers smartphones, but also specifies 15 small and medium -sized electronic products such as tablet computers, e -books, headphones, digital cameras, portable gaming machines and portable speakers. The regulations will also affect laptops.

The agreement reached will also force the company to allow consumers to choose whether to buy equipment with or without charger, and allow users to charge users at the same speed without using any compatible charger.
